Take Precautions
Based on our experience, protect your investment, and your neighbors', from damage by following these recommendations:

Collapse & store sun umbrellas on windy days.

Secure your patio furniture when severe weather is anticipated.

Turn off your water main (valve in the utility closet) and turn off the electric to the hot water heater (breaker in electric panel), when away for prolonged periods.

Place 'smart' water leak detectors throughout your condo to alert you of leaks in your unit, or from above.
​

Treating for pests is the responsibility of the owner.
Unit Maintenance
Please notify our office administrator in advance of large deliveries, or moves, to pad our elevators.
To reduce floor-to-floor noise, sound control is required to be installed underneath and around the perimeter during installation of hard surface flooring in accordance with FL Building Code, Section 1207.
Refer to our maintenance tip sheet to keep your condo in tip-top shape.
Touch-up paint for the exterior stucco and the front door can be obtained through the maintenance office.

Remodeling
Per our By-Laws, any modifications affecting the building exterior, or structural modifications or alterations to areas which house common utilities must be pre-approved by a member of the Board of Directors prior to commencement.
