Welcome to Our Ocean Sands
Ocean Sands Condominium is a 2-building community located directly on the sugar-soft sands of the Gulf of Mexico in Madeira Beach, Florida.
Each building is 12 stories high (10 residential levels, plus 2 levels of assigned parking). There are eight units on each level for a total of 160 units between the 2 buildings.

A private pool area, with jetted-spa and lounges, is located between the buildings. Level 2 of each building features a tiki hut, charcoal grill and shuffleboard court.
In short, Ocean Sands is the nicest community on the beach* (*biased opinion)
